Bobby and Cecilia Thibault are Realtors who live on

Signal Mountain in beautiful Sequatchie County, Tennessee.

Married at 22-years old, straight out of college,

they miraculously had enough savings to make a downpayment on their first home. Buying, improving, and selling that first home (their first 'fixer-upper') for a nice profit, lit a fire for their love of real estate.

When the opportunity to move from Minnesota 

(and its 5-month long negative degree temperature winters), presented itself.... they searched far and wide for the perfect place to raise their1yr old and 3yr old (at the time). Chattanooga has proven to be the perfect place.

The Thibaults live on a 26-acre farm with their 3 kids.

They moved to Signal Mountain in 2021 from

St. Paul, MN, and love the quality of life in Tennessee. They attend the Basilica of Sts. Peter and Paul in downtown Chattanooga and their kids go to school in Soddy Daisy. They are very involved in their local community in the North Chattanooga area.
